  • Surpasses hand & laser soldering in time & quality
  • Reflows, solder cream, solder bumps, preforms & washers
  • Uses Tin Lead (SnPb) or [Lead Free] (SnAgCu) Solders
  • Short cycle time of 100-110 seconds
  • Displays minimum downtime & low cost upkeep
